Congratulations to Mina Konaković-Luković, for winning the Schmidt Science Fellowship. Mina Konaković-Luković worked in NCCR Digital Fabrication with Prof. Mark Pauly in our first phase, where she investigated the topic of Integral Mechanical Attachment for Timber Plate Structures (IMA) as part of her PhD work. She is currently finishing up her PhD and will take up her fellowship in summer 2019.
Schmidt Science Fellowships enable gifted scientists to spend a year as a Postdoctoral Researcher, with the aim that fellows undertake their research in a significantly different discipline to the one that they completed their PhD in, with the aim of encouraging interdisciplinarity.
