Fadri Furrer received his masters degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at ETH Zurich in 2011. He then worked for a startup doing online marketing, and later joined Bosch’s robotics research team in Palo Alto, California. In 2014 he started to work at the Autonomous Systems Lab (ASL) at ETH Zurich, where he primarily worked with multi-rotor helicopters. Aside from this, he was the chief technology officer of another startup, doing online marketing. In April 2015 he joined the NCCR Digital Fabrication as PhD researcher.
