Ana Anton is a Phd Researcher at the chair for Digital Building Technologies (dbt), Institute of Technology in Architecture (ITA) at the Department of Architecture, ETH Zurich.
She received her architectural degree, cum laude, in the TU Delft, in 2014 and continued her research until 2016 as part of Hyperbody Research Group. While her scientific research addresses complexity and emergence in architecture, her designs exploit materiality encoded for digital fabrication. Since joining dbt in 2017, her research focuses on robotic concrete extrusion processes for large scale building components.
